Marcus has over 15 years of homebuilding experience that covers construction of custom homes. From Sea Pines in Hilton Head, Spring Island in Beaufort, Lake Hartwell, Lake Keowee and numerous other residential projects in the Upstate of South Carolina.

A Clemson University graduate in Construction Science and Management, he is also a South Carolina licensed Residential and Commercial Contractor with experience in General Contracting and Construction Management of numerous Commercial and Institutional projects.

Gary Dunn

Gary has over 25 years of custom homebuilding experience ranging from projects on Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell to every area of the South Carolina Upstate. His commitment to quality and client satisfaction is shown is each project that is constructed.
